________ A to Z kerala .......... [kvk] [www.atozkerala.in , www.atozkerala.blogspot.com]
This is arguably the most beautiful story I have received on whatsapp! READ...

A lady worked at a meat distribution factory. One day, when she finished with her work schedule, she went into the meat cold room (Freezer) to inspect something, but in a moment of misfortune, the door closed and she was locked inside with no help in sight. Although she screamed and knocked with all her might, her cries went unheard as no one could hear her. Most of the workers had already gone, and outside the cold room it's impossible to hear what was going on inside. Five hours later, whilst she was at the verge of death, the security guard of the factory eventually opened the door. She was miraculously saved from dying that day. When she later asked the security guard how he had come to open the door, which wasn't his usual work routine, this was his explanation:
"I've been working in this factory for 35 years. Hundreds of workers come in and out every day, but you're one of the few who greet me in the morning and say goodbye to me every evening when leaving after work. Many treat me as if I'm invisible. Today, as you reported for work, like all other days, you greeted me in your simple manner 'Hello'. But this evening after working hours, I curiously observed that I had not heard your "Bye, see you tomorrow". Hence, I decided to check around the factory. I look forward to your 'hi' and 'bye' every day because they remind me that I am someone. By not hearing your farewell today, I knew something had happened. That's why I was searching every where for you."
Moral Lesson to reflect upon: Be humble, love and respect those around you. Try to have an impact on people who cross your path every day, you never know what tomorrow will bring. Let this story be an inspiration.  Let's share to inspire others; someone shared this to inspire me  and I've been greatly inspired by this story

What Time Should You Sleep?

________ A to Z kerala .......... [kvk] [www.atozkerala.in , www.atozkerala.blogspot.com]
 What Time Should You Sleep?
Is there a best time to sleep?
There is a saying that sleeping early and waking up early is good for your health. How true is that? Is it alright to sleep late and wake up late?

You actually have an amazing biological clock ticking inside your body. It is very precise. It helps to regulate your various body functions including your sleeping time.

From 11pm to 3am, most of your blood circulation concentrates in your liver. Your liver gets larger when filled with more blood. This is an important time when your body undergoes detoxification process. Your liver neutralizes and breaks down body toxins accumulated throughout the day.

However if you don't sleep at this time, your liver cannot carry out this detoxification process smoothly.

● If you sleep at 11pm, you have full 4 hours to detoxify your body.
● If you sleep at 12am, you have 3 hours.
● If you sleep at 1am, you have 2 hours.
● And if you sleep at 2am, you only have 1 hour to detoxify.

What if you sleep after 3am? Unfortunately, you won't have any time to actually detoxify your body.

If you continue with this sleeping pattern, these toxins will accumulate in your body over time. You know what happens next.

What if you sleep late and wake up late?

Have you tried going to bed very late at night? Did you realize you feel very tired the next day no matter how much you sleep?

Sleeping late and waking up late is indeed very bad for your health. Besides not having enough time to detoxify your body, you will miss out other important body functions too.

From 3am to 5am, most blood circulation concentrates in your lung. What should you do at this moment? Well, you should exercise and breathe in fresh air. Take in good energy into your body, preferably in a garden. At this time, the air is very fresh with lots of beneficial negative ions.

From 5am to 7am, most blood circulation concentrates in your large intestine. What should you do at this moment? You should poop ! Pass out all unwanted poop from your large intestine. Prepare your body to absorb more nutrients throughout the day.

From 7am to 9am, most blood circulation concentrates in your stomach. What should you do at this moment? Have your breakfast ! This is your most important meal in a day. Make sure you have all the required nutrients from your breakfast. Not having breakfast causes lots of health problems for you in the future.

There you are...the most ideal way to start your day.

After fully detoxifying your blood during your sleep, you wake up fresh to inhale beneficial energy. Then you pass out unwanted poop from your large intestine. After that, you take in balanced nutrients to prepare your body for a new day.

No wonder people living in villages or farms is healthier. They sleep early and wake up early. They follow their natural biological clock.

Living in city, we have more difficulty in following this sleeping schedule. We have good lighting, TV and internet to delay our precious sleeping time.

Follow your natural timetable.

What if you're offered a night shift job? I recommend you to reject it even if the salary is higher. For long term, you may need to spend more money for your health problems.

What if you have assignment to do until late at night? Well, why not sleep early and wake up earlier to do it? Just shift your work time f rom late night to early morning. You get the same time. But your body will appreciate it.

Try to follow this timing as close as possible. Make it your daily routine.

Heart Attacks And Drinking Warm Water:

This is a very good article. Not only about the warm water after your meal, but about Heart Attack's . The Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals, not cold water, maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating. For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you. It is very Harmful to have Cold Drink/Water during a meal. Because, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer . It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

French fries and Burgers
are the biggest enemy of heart health. A coke after that gives more power to this demon. Avoid them for
your Heart's & Health.

Drink one glass of warm water just when you are about to go to bed to avoid clotting of the blood at night to avoid heart attacks or strokes.

A cardiologist says if everyone who reads this message sends it to 10 people, you can be sure that we'll save at least one life. ...

How a son/daughter thinks of his/her father at different age..

________ A to Z kerala .......... [kvk] [www.atozkerala.in , www.atozkerala.blogspot.com]

....

At 6 years....:My Dad is great!

At 8 years....:My Daddy knows everything.

At 12 years.....: My Daddy is good but he is short tempered.

At 14 years....: My Daddy was nice to me when I was young.

At 18 years.....: My Daddy is not in line with the current times. Frankly he does not know anything.

At 20 years...: My Daddy is becoming increasingly cranky and unreasonable.

At 23 years....: Oh! It is becoming difficult to tolerate Daddy! Wonder how Mother puts up with him!

At 25 years...: Daddy is objecting to everything.. Don't know when will he understand the world.

At 32 years...: It is becoming difficult to manage my son! I used to be so scared of my Dad when I was young...

At 40 years...: Daddy brought me up with so much discipline.. I wonder how he managed to handle the younger generation!..

At 45 years....: I am baffled as to how my Daddy brought us up..

At 50 years...: My Daddy faced so many hardship to bring us up...(we were 3 brothers and 2 sisters) I am unable to manage a single child!

At 55 years...: My Daddy was so far sighted and planned so many things for us. Even at this old age, he is able to control things. He is one of his kind and unique.

At last...: 'My Daddy was great' !

Don't take so many years.....Realize it on time...

V.V.IMP message from central government. New step again.
This is definitely going to save u money..

Dear All,

This is to inform you that medicines are prescribed (by doctors) by brand name & not by the generics (Ingredients). Hence we end up paying more money for the same medicine.

Follow these few steps to know more & start saving on your medical bills.

1. Simply goto www.Manddo.com (Medicines and Doctors online) goto medicines secton

2. Search the medicine name

3. Type the medicine name which you are using (e. g. Lyrica 75mg (Pfizer company)

4. It will show u medicine company, prices and Ingredients

5. Now main point CLICK ON 'SUBSTITUTE'

6. Don't be surprised to see that same drug is available at very low cost also. And that to by other reputed manufacturer. e. g. Lyrica by pfizer is for Rs. 768.56 for 14 tab (54.89 per tab). Whereas same drug by Cipla (Prebaxe) is available ONLY @ Rs. 59.00 for 10 tab (5.9 per tab)

Please don't delete this without forwarding.

Forward to all the contacts in your phone book.

Let the move by Supreme Court benefit everyone...

There was a big lobby by Pharma companies to stop generic medicines. But court kept the interest of common man and the medical need.

VERY USEFUL INFORMATION TO UNDERSTAND THE EXTANT PROBLEM OF INADEQUACY OF CASH IN ATMs

________ A to Z kerala .......... [kvk] [www.atozkerala.in , www.atozkerala.blogspot.com]

Mr Rituraj Sinha, the man in charge of the SIS Security group, has shared the following information:-

The chaos over the last 10 days post the announcement of demonetisation programme is unprecedented!

There is no denying that millions have been inconvenienced. The news channels have left no stone unturned to spike the frustration and agony.

But as someone who has been in the middle of this chaos (as the President of the Cash Logistics Association as also a part of the RBI ATM taskforce), I would like to share some latest developments that may help ease your concerns -

1. First up, this is not a currency supply issue. RBI is quite well prepared to replace the 13.8 lakh crore of currency value that was withdrawn from circulation as result of the demonetisation programme. This is purely a logistics challenge i.e. getting adequate currency into banks and ATMs as quickly as possible.

2. ATM queues are a result of the simple fact that ATM machines are not configured to carry the new 2000 and 500 currency notes as they are of different sizes. This necessitates a hardware + software change process which requires an engineer to visit each of the 2,10,000 ATMs scattered across the country. This is bound to take time. Cannot be short circuited.

3. Also, ATMs are running dry because cash logistics providers like us are able to fill most ATM machines with only old 100 denomination currency. Resultantly, cash loading value per ATM has dropped to 4 lacs per loading, which means that it is good for only 200 odd transactions. Before 8th, these ATM machines would be topped up with 30-40 lacs per replenishment. So on one hand, the quantum of currency available through ATMs has dropped, on the other hand, number of people visiting each ATM has gone up multi fold.

Now some good news :

1. Almost 35,000 ATM machines will be re configured to carry new high denomination currency by end of today (18th). At this pace, as RBI ATM taskforce, we believe that a majority of ATMs across India can be reconfigured by 22nd November.

2. As ATM machines are being reconfigured for new high denomination currency, cash logistics operators are topping them up with 60 lacs per loading, which means that almost 3000 people can draw cash per loading. As we are able to do this at more ATMs over next 3 -4 days, you can expect length of queues as well as 'cash out' instances to start declining.

3. Remember that 2 lac bank employees, RBI staff, ATM OEM engineers and 45000 employees of cash logistics companies have been working literally non stop since 9th to ease the public inconvenience. And it is amazing but true that this lot of 2-3 lac people have set aside their personal challenges as a result of this cash crunch altogether and taken this crisis up as time for - "national duty".

I just wanted to get the word out to all of you. Apologies for all the missed calls and no response on messages.

This is a national crisis. We all are impacted. But there is no reverse gear for this one. And by and large the nation seems to agree that this is for larger good - of our economy but also for our society.

And that is the reason why we have long queues and instances of public anger yet, there are queues (basic order) - there is no ransacking, no mass protests on streets (leave aside the political ones) and no major law and order incident!

We all want to fight corruption....but some of us don't want to be personally inconvenienced at all in the process....But then, how can a major reform like this be effected without any collateral damage.

There is no denying that there could be no greater blow to those who have amassed wealth illegally. Government estimates that 3-4 lac crores rupees of unaccounted/ black money will exit the system by this single move. Not to mention the deterrent effect this move will have for the  wrong doers for all time in the future.

So, let's hang in there. Work on reassuring others rather than help amplify disappointment and panic.

As a nation we have tremendous capacity 'to adjust' and 'to survive' through chaos. I'm sure we'll get past this ...and move towards a less corrupt India!

The financial year will shift to Jan- Dec instead of April-March.

________ A to Z kerala .......... [kvk] [www.atozkerala.in , www.atozkerala.blogspot.com]
Guys....from a very reliable source.
The financial year will shift to Jan- Dec instead of April-March.
Announcement will be made on 30th December
‬: There is a strong possibility that Government may scrap Income Tax from FY 2017-18 and replace with Banking Transaction Tax (BTT). from 1st April 2017 possibility of only two taxes 1. Direct Tax as BTT and 2. GST as indirect Tax.

How does the Government plan to remove black money from India ?
Step 1 : Demonetise Rs.500 and Rs.1000. get Rs.1420000 crores out of the market.
Step 2 : Print Rs.2000 and Rs.500 and Rs.100 in the replacement market.
Step 3 : Dismantle the cash economy by not allowing any cash transaction above Rs.10000 without PAN or Aadhar.
Step 4 : All salaries and business expenses required to be made in cheque or RTGS only to claim expenses in Income Tax. All cash transactions to be disallowed.
Step 5 : A Cash Limitation order will be issued that will allow only maximum cash allowance of total Rs.50000 per person.
Step 6 : As the cash economy is destroyed after a few months, the Rs.2000 note will be demonetised with a limited notice.
With very limited cash available in the market, the cash economy will be strangled to death.
Step 7 : As some of the cash economy will try to shift to Gold, Gold coins manufacturing and imports will be banned.
Step 8 : A Gold and Precious Jewellery control order will be issued which will allow only 500 gram of Gold per person and a certain value of other jewellery. Relaxation will be given for existing jewellery if declared to authorities as per format. After a certain date, all undeclared Gold and jewellery will be liable to be taken over by the state.
Step 9 : A Property and Asset Declaration order will be issued where all property (Land, Buildings and Flats) and shares will have to be declared to the authorities in a particular format. After a certain date, all undeclared property or shares will be liable to be taken over by the state.
That will complete the removal of black money from India.
