AZHIKODE CONTINUES IN CRITICAL STATE:
Thirissur: The condition of Sukumar Azhikode,writer, who is undergoing treatment in a private hospital here, continues to be critical.
He was shifted to the hospital on December 9, after being admitted on December 7 to another following complications from a fall in sodium level in the blood. The writer has cancer of the right lower alveolus. The cancer has spread to the spine and the skull, the doctor said. [more news the hindu newspaper]
