THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The
KSRTC is in a severe financial crisis following the cut in diesel subsidy, said
Transport Minister Aryadan Muhammed. Steps to save the corporation will be
discussed in Monday’s special cabinet meet, he said.
The KSRTC has some practical difficulties in depending on private pumps to fill fuel. Talks to fill the fuel from civil supplies pump will be held. The pressure of the state to restore the subsidy on diesel did not yield any result, he said.
