KOCHI: A 28-year-old nurse, Reeba P Elias, a native of Poykattussery, died in an accident near Angamaly on Tuesday. The accident took place when a truck hit the scooter she was riding from behind. The scooter was caught under the lorry and dragged for a few metres. She was run over by the truck. In the impact, the victim sustained critical injuries on her head and died on the spot. She was working as a staff nurse at the Little Flower Hospital, Angamaly. A hunt is on to trace the vehicle involved in the accident and its driver.
