Kochi: Justice Sivarajan Commission inquiring into the solar scam on Wednesday said it cannot stop from asking relevant questions regarding the scam.

On Tuesday, Saritha reportedly broke down on hearing the question. After she getting nosebleed, the session was ended.
On Wednesday, her lawyer cited that she is unwell to attend the session. Expressing suspicion over her stance, the commission said Saritha, who claims to be unwell, displays a totally different character outside. He added that her remarks would be monitored.
The next hearing to collect evidence was scheduled for December 21 after her lawyer conveyed Saritha’s inability to present herself before the commission on 18.
“The process cannot be delayed extensively and the report has to be submitted at the earliest,” he said.
