Technology has made such an advancement that we are doing everything with an instant and with this advancement, there are new technologies and devices daily coming into the markets, some are really great and helpful for us, but there are many which can be dangerous as well if not properly used.



Like this one of the instruments we today are going to explore is your headphones your daily use in the office, in college or school life anywhere you take you are using this technology.

Nowadays the use of mobile is having the problem in our daily life, there are many good as well as bad sides of it. Sometimes we get bored and want to listen to some music or want to make a call we use the headphones but do you know up to how much they are good for us or for our health.



Now to make everyone their personal space and a world they are using headphones with their mobile either to make a call or listen to music or watch videos etc. and almost 80 percent people do use it every day. Yes, we must use headphone in our life but the use must be limited to some extent. Because mobile phone releases a kind of radiations which makes our mind and heart weak.



Our sound can hear the range of 20 to 20000 hertz of sound waves beyond or below that god haven’t given us the ability to do so only some exceptional animals do have this ability. Our ear has its limitations that it can only withstand up to 65 percent of the total decibel sound. And when you use a headphone because of its compact structure this sound direct attach your vocal cords and creates more than it, and if such things happen for long it can even damage our ears also. So be careful.



There are many people who have the habit of listening songs while sleeping, I was also one of them at one point of time, but friends let me tell you that this then becomes our habit and some habits are good but not this one. Because of which our brain doesn’t respond properly and the release of sleep hormones gets lower and leading to no sleep during the night. If no sleep then all knows what is happens on the next day.



So avoid using this too much we are not saying that you must stop but to some limit only and with that limited frequency volume. Now there are mobile which are telling you how much you must keep your volume level and above that your ear will have a problem and all. So be careful about your health as it is well said
